Delivery and return conditions:
The Seller undertakes to ship the Goods and Services in a door-to-door courier system to the Buyer, with the exception of the case when the Buyer opts for personal pickup from the Seller's premises (Str. Drumul Cretestilor no. 96, Sector 4, Bucharest).
Transport – Packaging
If the Buyer opts for a different delivery method than those displayed on the website, the Seller does not assume and will not bear any moral or material damages.
The seller will ensure the appropriate packaging of the goods and will ensure the transmission of the accompanying documents.
The seller will deliver the goods on the territory of Romania.
In the case of products damaged as a result of transport, the Seller undertakes to replace the product or, as the case may be, to return to the Buyer the full or partial value of the purchased product.
The delivery will be made through the courier company GLS, in 2-3 working days after confirming the order by email or phone, anywhere in Romania.
We want our products to meet our customers' expectations. We make every effort to constantly improve the quality of our products and services to meet the requirements of the highest standards.
Although we are convinced that you will be delighted with our paintings, we offer you the opportunity to return the ordered products, with the exception of personalized ones. For this, we invite you to consult our return policy.
Products can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of placing the online order. After the 14 days, return requests are NO longer accepted, except for orders with long delivery delays, misunderstandings in order processing, etc.
The situations in which returns are accepted:
a) When the products arrived damaged as a result of the delivery process;
b) When the customer is not fully satisfied with the quality of the products.
The cost of transporting the returned products will be borne exclusively by the customer. Exceptions are made for return requests for products that arrived damaged due to transport, in which case the return costs will be borne by us.
Regardless of the situation, the returned products will be properly packed, in the original packaging. Before processing the return, please send us a photo of the packaged product, ready for delivery.
If the returned products reach us damaged, the return will not be accepted, and the cost of delivering the products back to the customer will be borne by him.
If the money is returned, it will be transferred to the buyer's account, within a maximum of 7 working days from the receipt of the returned and accepted products.
Custom painting returns
Personalized products, with the customer's image, are not accepted as returns, according to Art. 10 of Ord. 130/2000, except for the following situations:
a) when the products arrive damaged, as a result of the delivery process;
b) when the products are made incorrectly by us.
In both cases, the products will be returned and replaced, not accepting requests to return the value of the order.
Returns are not accepted in situations where the customer complains about the poor quality of the product as a result of the transmission of images at an inappropriate resolution, lower than the recommended one, or when the images sent by the customer do not comply with the recommendations specified on the page of each product.
